My Own Room:
I live in a two-story house. My room is on the first floor. It’s painted white on walls. It faces east with one window at the north. I feel very comfortable when I’m in my room. There is a carpet on the floor. There is a cozy bed in the corner of my room. My room has got a desktop computer on its table, a small cupboard, a chair, a table and a bookshelf in it. The room is quiet because it is at the back of the house.There are paintings on the wall of my room. Because i don't have time to clean my room there are spider nets on the wall and ceiling there is a fan on the ceiling and two bulbs on the wall.There is a small temple inside the room next to my bed .anyway i love my room and it is attractive for me

My Partner’s Room:
My partner lives in a small house. His room is on the ground floor. It has got a door and two windows. There is a carpet on the floor. There’s a long table in one corner with chairs beside it. There are a laptop and flowers on the table. There is a clock on the wall. The wall is painted green. There are not any posters on it. There is a ceiling and a fan on it. Next to the door there is a bed with a white bed sheet on it, under the window. There are two bulbs in the room. No bathroom is attached to it. The room looks simple but attractive.

Dentist’s = I can have dental issues diagnosed and treated.
Photographer’s = I can have my photos taken and printed.
Garage- = I can have my car repaired, serviced and washed, the oil changed and the tyres filled.
Laundry / Dry cleaner = I can have my clothes washed, ironed and dry cleaned.

2. You’re worried about your eyesight.
A: I want to have my eyesight checked. Do you know a good optician’s around here?
B: I usually have mine checked at Dr Poudel’s.
A: Dr Poudel’s? Where’s that exactly?

3. Your car needs servicing.
A: I want to have my car serviced. Do you know a good car service center around here?

4. You’ve just finished a film in your camera.
A: I want to have my film developed. Do you know a good editor around here?

Reading:

1. Which of these pairs of adjectives best describes Torquay?

2. What information does the writer give about:
a. There are luxury hotels, less expensive, bed and breakfast places, camping sites.

6. Look at the photo. What is it a photo of, and what is there in it?= It’s the photo of Torquay harbor, there are boats, yachts, a cliff, hotels, etc.

7. Imagine that you are visiting Torquay for one day only. What would you do there?
= If I visited Torquay for one day only, I would choose one of the hundred houses displaying B & B signs. I would not choose luxury hotels because I am not rich enough to afford them. I would pass the day on the beach. I would have refreshments sitting in a hired deck chair. In spite of my great interest, I would not walk along the miles of winding cliff paths and enjoy the scenery and the healthiest air because I have to go to my office tomorrow. I am not a sportsman, so I would not enjoy the opportunities for different sports. After a day in the open air, I would go to one of the summer variety shows because I like jokes and music very much. If I had some more time, I would watch the model railway because I like realistic things very much.

Writing:

Write part of a magazine article describing your town and what visitors can do there.

 Surrounded by beautiful green hills, Kathmandu is one of the most popular cities in Nepal. It provides different kinds of entertainment and cultural shows. Visitors can choose between luxurious five- star hotels and comfortable but less expensive guest houses. There are hundreds of lodges to pass the nights cheaply.

There are a lot of cheap as well as expensive hotels at Nagarkot for those who want to pass time in nature. The sunrise as well as the sunset can be enjoyed from here. In the valley there are three famous cities filled with temples. Once you visit one city you don’t like to leave it. During major festivals every street attracts you equally. There is a golf club near the airport and a swimming pool too. 

After a day in the open air, there’s a lot to do in the evenings, too. There are plenty of discos, bars, casinos, a theater and cinemas. People can visit temples like Pashupati temple ,swyambhunath ,etc too .Kathmandu is really a beautiful place.But don't take my words-come and see yourself
